Originally developed in Boulder County, Colorado, USA, Intercambio’s Confidence and Connections books can now help students like you make social interactions, practice and improve their English.

Impacting Communities Through Language

This is the only one program that focuses on social integration and everyday interactions because it is known that when students speak more about their lives and what they know, language acquisition accelerates.

The whole program has an Intro level and 5 subsequent levels with a pair of books per level (a Left book and a Right book). Each level can start with either L or R, and you must complete both to finish a level.

From Intercambio® comes “Confidence & Connections”, our flagship English language program which makes English learning accessible and engaging. It builds confidence and sparks important conversations about lives and perspectives in 11 books seen in short completion cycles that fuel a sense of accomplishment requiring only 24 50-min lessons per book. All of this, supported by listening tracks found on the Intercambio®App.

El encuentro virtual se realiza a través de la plataforma Google Meet incluida en la G-Suite para educación, la implementación de la herramienta Google Classroom, el uso de nuestro exclusivo e innovador material de enseñanza y el acompañamiento de uno de nuestros docentes durante 30 minutos seguido de un espacio de práctica oral de 20 minutos por cada sesión de clase. Adicional a estos encuentros con el docente, el estudiante recibirá en Google Classroom un conjunto de enlaces especialmente seleccionados para practicar de manera autónoma sus nuevos conocimientos del idioma inglés.

Educación informal de acuerdo con lo establecido por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional en el decreto 1075 de 2015, artículo2.6.6.8. (Ver aquí) Los cursos virtuales para adultos en modalidad virtual son ofertados en la modalidad de educación informal. Nuestros cursos virtuales comprenden clases en las que contarás con la presencia y acompañamiento de nuestros docentes calificados en la enseñanza comunicativa durante todo el tiempo de la clase.
